security and key service: access to the apartment and to the room, if a
check-in in person, will take place by sending a code to be entered via the numeric keypad
at the entrance.


Only our confirmation email and the payment of a 30% deposit, sent by bank transfer, will be valid for the reservation of the room or apartment. The balance can be made before arrival by bank transfer or cash (taking into account the maximum allowed by law) on arrival.

The room or apartment booked and confirmed by deposit will be guaranteed to the customer until 21.30 on the day of arrival. In the absence of notification of any delay or cancellation, LunaMia will be free from any contractual obligation. Upon arrival, you will need to present a valid identity document, also for minors, according to the rules on customer registration at the hotel facilities (You can send your ID details in advance to speed up the check-in process upon arrival).

In case of early departure or late arrival, there is a charge for the days not used.

We kindly ask you for punctuality at check-in to allow us to be present and to welcome you at your arrival and check-out to allow us to prepare the apartment or B&B for the next guest. 

We would like to inform you that every extra hour after the scheduled check-out time
By 10:00 an extra charge of € 20.00 will be charged and if that exceeds 12:00 without the apartment or room being vacated, you will be charged an additional day of stay. Upon request and subject to our availability, we can offer you a late check-out surcharge.

From 1 November 2015 according to the provisions of the Law will be applied the Tourist Tax of € 1, 50/ person older than 14 years in apartment or €1,00/person in B&B, for a maximum of 10 consecutive days of stay.


We have introduced new protocols for cleaning and sanitizing the apartment, the room and the common areas of the structure, which will allow us to work safely and allow you and your loved ones to live peacefully on your vacation. Also in our house is respected the minimum distance is thanks to the independent environments both internal and external and for the B&B possibility of having breakfast in your room, on your balcony or in the garden.


In case of cancellations or changes up to 21 days before the arrival date will not be charged and the deposit will be returned. In case of cancellation or change after this deadline or no-show, the amount of the deposit equivalent to 30% of the entire stay will be charged.

If on the day of the expected arrival there will be restrictions regarding travel between regions due to Covid, the deposit paid will be returned or if you prefer considered valid for your next stay with us at LaLuNaMia.


For any complaint, you can contact us owners and we will promptly resolve any request. Any complaints about facts or events, such as causing significant damage, must be communicated before departure, giving us time to resolve any unforeseen, thank you.

We are not liable for any failure due to total or partial lack of supplies such as gas, electricity, water, internet and heating that do not depend on our will.

The confirmation of the reservation and the beginning of the use of the rented unit imply the reading and acceptance of the house regulations, as well as its complete observance.

At check-in, before the start of the stay in the apartment, a deposit can be  requested and this will be returned at check-out (subject to the condition of the apartment and
as contained in it).


The guests will find on arrival bed linen and towels. There are no changes in linen for stays less than a week, if not requested and paid separately. 


Final cleaning: euro 40
The apartment and the common areas of the house are delivered to customers in perfect order and cleanliness. Upon return by the Customer, at the end of the stay, all damages will be counted and consequently deducted from the deposit paid or charged separately.

Outgoing customers must leave the property in order before their departure.


For those who will come to our apartment, it will be released at the check-in the inventory of goods contained in the apartment, which will be double-checked for any breakages before check-out.
