After a careful renovation of the house and the two previously existing apartments, we have created an elegant and modern ground floor apartment with a living area with direct access to the garden and private terrace and two double bedrooms each with a spacious bathroom.

On the first floor we have instead created a master apartment with a modern and bright independent room for 2 or 3 people, with a large private bathroom and balcony that we have chosen to dedicate to B&B with the possibility of enjoying a personalized breakfast in the room or on the balcony, in the garden with the scents of the nearby forest or with us in our dining room.

The renovation was carried out with an intelligent view of eco-sustainability and respect for the environment with the installation of solar panels and a photovoltaic system, underfloor heating and a charging station for electric cars to promote eco-friendly mobility.
